Connecting Telenor with end users
In collaboration with Telenor, one of the world's largest mobile telecommunications companies, Snøhetta has directed the process of creating Telenor’s first hardware products, effectively bringing the telecom company closer to their end users.
As Wi-Fi products are typically placed in a hidden location due to their technical appearance, users often experience suboptimal performance. The Telenor Wi-Fi router and Wi-Fi extender both have a pared down aesthetic to fit into modern households, enabling them to be placed in more visible locations where they provide the best Wi-Fi performance in the home.
Through the ongoing project Telenor has gained a deeper understanding of the value of design processes, and publicly stated that they are implementing a new focus on design within the company.
