Bølgen & Moi, Tjuvholmen
The Bølgon & Moi restaurant is located on the ground floor of a multi-storey uilding, next to a canal and active pedestrian public space. The restaurant is split into three zones; the bar at the entrance, the brasserie along the facade and the fine dining in the rear. Along this façade, large sliding glass doors enable an interaction between indoors and outdoors, allowing visitors to eat indoors or sit outside on a sunny day.
