The Ocean Space Centre Feasibility Study

With this visionary project, MARINTEK and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) wished to describe possibilities and challenges to address for maintaining a position as one of the world's leading marine biology research clusters.

Snøhetta visualized and illustrated concepts for an innovative research center as well as detailing potential future buildings. The vision for new laboratories and structures are based in high ambitions for functionality, flexibility and sustainability.
